Strict adherence to agreed drawings, tolerances and specification is required, and product is purchased from manfacturers on exclusivity agreements only.

Ruspert Silver Plating: -Ruspert is a reliable and durable corrosion resistant coating which resists over 500 hours salt-spray test to BS 7479-1991 (UKAS Accredited). This coating is applied directly onto the screw without the need for a zinc base, unlike other coatings, thereby effectively eradicating the risk of hydrogen embrittlement.
14mm Fixed Washer: This larger fixed washer distibutes the load across the EPDM washer and therefore dramitcally increases the clamping effectiveness and reduces the risk of water ingress.

The TIMco roofing range has been specially colour coded to assist the user in screw selection and stock management. Labels have been designed to show clearly the size and type of screw, and the inner box / bag quanties are either in 50's or 100's and the outer box quantities are 500's or 1000's.
